My name is Anne-Christin and I am an embodied and passionate woman.

I believe that we have the power to create the life we dream of and live by that belief whole-heartedly.

During the past few years of my own journey of self-discovery, I became certified as an Embodied Feminine Flow Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. This opened my eyes to a new approach for life, and now I am striving to empower women and men to Become the Conscious Creator of Their Own Lives.

My mission is to incorporate my teachings of mindfulness, awakening and living on purpose through Embodied Feminine Flow Dance, Intuitive Reiki Energy Healing and Embodiment Coaching.  

This mix of modalities directed at the body, mind and soul assists in bringing the attention back to the body and the present moment with all its beauty and potential.

Through my work, I support and empower my clients to unleash their full potential by letting go of anything that holds them back.
